Prerequisites to sign up:
- A valid email address.
- Your professional LinkedIn profile URL or a current CV file (e.g., .pdf, .docx).
Sign up:
- Navigate to the main portal login/signup page.
- Choose your sign-up method: either using your email address and creating a password, or using a supported third-party provider if available. Follow the on-screen prompts.
- Once your basic account is created, you will be guided through a profile setup wizard. Please complete the following steps:

- Provide Core Data Source: Enter your LinkedIn profile URL or upload your CV. This is a mandatory step to ensure we have essential information about your experience.
- Set Availability: Indicate when you are available for new projects (e.g., immediately, specific date, or notice period).
- Define Work Wish: Specify your preferences for remote, onsite (including preferred locations/regions), or hybrid working arrangements.
- Add Languages: Confirm your proficiency in English (default) and add any other languages you speak, including your proficiency level for each.
- Select Your Role: The system may suggest a primary Role (e.g., Project Manager) based on your CV/LinkedIn data. Review this suggestion. If it's incorrect, or if none is suggested, Search and Select the single role that best describes your primary expertise from the provided options. You can only select one primary role.
- Select Seniority: The system may suggest a Seniority level (Entry, Junior, Mid-level, Senior). Review this suggestion and confirm or select the level that accurately reflects your experience.
TIP: The AI-powered suggestions for Role and Seniority are designed to help, but you have the final say in selecting the most accurate options.
- Add Skills: Add relevant skills to your profile. For each skill, select your proficiency level (options focus on experienced levels: e.g., Experienced, Very Experienced, Expert) and indicate your years of experience using the provided ranges.
- Add Industries: Select the industries you have experience in from the predefined list. Indicate your level and years of experience for each, similar to skills.
- Configure Job Alerts (Optional): Set up personalized job alerts. You can define criteria and frequency. This is recommended to stay informed about new opportunities. You can manage or unsubscribe from these alerts later.
- Review your entries and click Finish (or the equivalent confirmation button) to complete the wizard.
- Your consultant account is created, your initial profile is populated with key information, and you will be directed to your portal dashboard.
