How Agencies Can Add Consultants to Their Portfolio

Learn how agency administrators or members can create profiles for the consultants represented by the agency. Adding consultants with accurate data is key for matching them to opportunities.

Prerequisites:

  • An active Agency account with Admin or Member permissions.
  • The consultant's full name and unique email address.
  • The consultant's current CV file or their professional LinkedIn profile URL.
  • Rights to share the consultants data with emagine.

Steps to add a consultant:

TIP: The more complete and accurate the consultant's profile, the better the job matching results will be.

  1. Navigate to the Consultant Overview
  2. Click the Add Consultant button.
  3. Enter the consultant's Full Name and Email Address. The system will check to ensure this email address is not already registered independently. If the email exists, you cannot create a duplicate profile.
  4. Upload the consultant's CV or provide their LinkedIn profile URL. This is the minimum required information.
  5. Click Create Consultant.
  6. Highly Recommended: After the basic profile is created, access it from your Consultant Overview. On behalf of the consultant, complete the remaining profile details (availability, work preferences, role, seniority, skills, industries).

A profile for the consultant is created and linked to your agency's portfolio. The consultant will now appear in your agency's list of managed consultants.

NOTE: Ensure you have the consultant's permission before creating their profile and sharing their data.

A: No. If a consultant already has an independent profile registered with that email address, the agency cannot create a duplicate profile linked to the agency using the same email.​
